Exchange and Return Policy

At Vodecy, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. If your order does not meet your expectations, we offer the option to exchange, return, or request a refund under the terms outlined below. This policy complies with the Consumer Protection Code and aims to provide clarity, respect, and trust throughout your shopping experience.
1. Request Deadlines
You may request an exchange, return, or refund under the following circumstances:

Purchase regret or cancellation: within 7 days.

Defective or damaged product: within 7 days.

Exchange due to size, color, or model: within 7 days.

Product not matching the order: report within 7 days.
2. Conditions for Acceptance
To process an exchange or return, the following criteria must be met:

The product must be unused and in perfect condition.

Preferably in its original packaging with tags attached.

Must be sent along with the invoice and all accessories and gifts received.
3. Products Not Eligible for Exchange or Return
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following items, except in cases of manufacturing defects:

Intimate apparel (e.g., panties, underwear, bras, bodysuits).

Personalized or custom-made products.
4. How to Request
To start the exchange, return, or refund process, please email us at service@vodecy.com with the following information:

Order number

Full name and CPF (Brazilian ID)

Reason for the request

Photos of the product (in case of defect or discrepancy)
Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and the next steps.
5. Product Shipping
After reviewing your request, we will send a free return shipping label for posting via Correios. The product must be shipped following the instructions received by email.
6. Refund
After receiving and analyzing the returned product, the refund will be issued according to the original payment method:

Credit card: the reversal will be requested from the card issuer and may appear in up to two billing cycles, depending on the closing date and your bank's policy.

PIX: the amount will be transferred to the provided account within 5 business days after validation.

Bank slip (boleto): the refund will be made via bank transfer to an account held by the same person who made the purchase. The following information is required:

Bank name, branch, and account number

7. Product Exchange
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, the new item will be shipped after receiving and verifying the returned product. The delivery timeframe for the new item will be informed by email.
8. Final Considerations
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.
Requests made outside the indicated deadlines may not be accepted.
Products that do not meet the criteria will be returned to the customer without prior notice.
